As the Creative Director leading the project, Baunfire is dedicated to elevating the digital user experience, emphasizing credibility, addressing business concerns, optimize for conversion, and ensuring seamless navigation on the web platform for an efficient user journey.
Conducting a series of design-thinking workshops and stakeholders interviews during the discovery phase, we found concerns about automation technology, highlighting the necessity for proof of concept, adaptability, and return on investment (ROI). The challenge was to seamlessly connect users with the tangible, real-world benefits of Ambi's offerings.
Facilitating team workshops to brainstorm solutions, we pinpointed gaps between perceived risks causing user drop-offs and the path to realizing the benefits of Ambi Robotics. Our hypothesis aims to address skepticism by enhancing the user journey with precise skimmable content, accessible navigation, showcasing real-world applications through videos and photography, and strategically placing impactful moments on the website.
The art direction focuses on balancing opposites, visually integrating the ambidextrous qualities of human and robotics, software and hardware, and simulation to real. The content design empathizes with the users in creating hierarchy and knowing when and where to put light and heavy amounts of content. This approach prioritizes a user-friendly experience for seamless content digestion.
Collaboratively working with project managers, designers, and developers to established a comprehensive design system and identifying components with clear guidelines for consistency. During User Acceptance Testing (UAT), we gathered qualitative feedback, addressing challenges such as content quality and balancing page weight with videos and animations based on client and user priorities.
The successful site launch not only addressed user concerns but also elevated Ambi Robotics as a trusted leader in robotics technology. Our strategic approach, from ideation to implementation, combines an immersive visual impression with a user-friendly site experience, creating a sophisticated and intentional journey that engages users while facilitating easy digestion of key content in relevant areas of the site.
The use of videos and photography addresses skeptic around it's implementation and the credibility of the systems, the branded experience ensures a memorable impression and the seamless navigation invites the users and potential partners to connect and convert.
